By adding NgC Bot to your Discord server or purchasing Premium, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
NgC Bot provides Discord server management features including moderation, leveling, giveaways, tickets, and related tools. Core features are free; Premium features require a paid subscription.
2. Premium Subscription
- Premium costs $2.49 USD per month per Discord server (guild).
- New servers receive a 7-day Pro trial. After the trial, the server reverts to Free tier unless a subscription is active.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel anytime via Stripe billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@nextgencode.dev.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NgC Bot to violate Discord Terms of Service, applicable laws, or the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access for abuse.
4. Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change with notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
NgC Bot is provided “as is”. NextGenCode is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or server moderation decisions made using the bot.

NgC Bot is not affiliated with Discord Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.
